hmm i dont know if someone has done something like that but this is what i reccomend

Download a Keylogger http://www.kmint21.com/keylogger/

And Now tell an admin or whatever to give you "limited access" or just leave it there eventually they will access it and make sure you hide it for you access only

I know what a keylogger is...

Hey does anyone know any that I could get without a virus. I really don't want to make a keylogger right now. I don't feel like typing a whole lot.

I don't use keyloggers as much. I only use programs that I write.

I have his user name how to I get his password. Any help... I know a lot of things but not all... So give me a break?

I suggest Social Engineering
Call him up and make your voice sound official.
there is two options
first option:
make a CGI script that has two input boxes and a submit button then its time for some social engineering
Call him up and say something like this

You: "Hi this a Jeffery in the IT department, I bet you've been having a bad day."
Him: "No, why?"
You: "Your account hasn't been working, right?"
Him: "No, its been fine all day."
You: "Ugh this has been happening all day, look i need you put your account info into this site so i can run diagnostics on your account. Also after that I need you to stay off for the next 24 hours." (give him the IP of the server you set up w/the CGI script)

Second Option:

You: "Hi this is Jeffery for IT, I bet you've been having a bad day.
Him: "No, why?"
You: Your account it hasn't been working, right?
Him: "No, its been fine all day."
You: " Ugh this has been happening all day, look I need you account  user name and password. Normally i wouldn't ask for this, and I apologize, but the same reason i need to run diagnostics is because the back up account data base just went down and everythings has gone to hell in the IT department."

Both options are similar so what ever you use is fine but the second one is easier. Hope this helps
